  1. New Gorillaz
Damon Albarn popped his head into BBC Radio One last week to play some new Gorillaz demos. Demon Days is surely the best cartoon-led album of all time and with Albarn’s recent Chinese opera and album Monkey focusing on the oriental, not to mention the return of Blur this summer means new Gorillaz material is most welcome. Listen to “Broken”, “Electric Shock” and “Binge”.

  2. N.A.S.A
What do Santogold, Lykke Li, M.I.A, David Byrne, Tom Waits, Method Man, George Clinton, Spank Rock, Seu Jorge, RZA, Chuck D, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Kool Keith, Lovefoxxx, Kanye West and John Frusciante all have in common? They all feature on an album by N.A.S.A out next month. Listen to “Whatchdoin?” [Listen at the Hype Machine]
  3. Cadence Weapon mixtape
Download Separation Anxiety, a 20-track mixtape of remixes and collaborations from Canada’s finest rapper including a sneaky peek at a new song from Super Extra Bonus Party. [cadenceweaponmusic.com]
  4. The Boss’ free track
Bruce is back next week with new album Working on A Dream. Get a free download of “Life itself” from the album at this link. [The Guardian]
