  1. Ryanair’s dispute with “idiot” bloggers
    Last week, Jason Roe found a bug on the Ryanair website which he then wrote about on his blog. Ryanair staff then left comments on his site calling him “an idiot and a liar” with “a pathetic life” amongst other things culminating in a bizarre official statement from Ryanair which called bloggers “idiots” and “lunatics”.
